Requirements

⏳ At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in logistics or industrial sectors.

🔍 Proven experience in sourcing and attracting talent through professional networks and job portals.

🗣️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.

💼 Familiarity with talent management tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

🌍 Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities
