At Blue Box Talent, we are looking for a Risk Underwriting Manager responsible for analyzing, structuring, and monitoring credit insurance operations, ensuring effective risk mitigation and full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in underwriting decisions within delegated authority, providing recommendations for higher approval levels, and supporting commercial and CRM teams with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, underwrite, and monitor risk exposure for credit insurance operations.
• Manage the risk portfolio and claims performance, proposing preventive and corrective actions.
• Structure and recommend credit limits within and beyond delegated authority levels.
• Provide underwriting and risk support to commercial and CRM teams for new business and renewals.
• Interact with clients and brokers regarding underwriting decisions and credit assessments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare underwriting and risk reports for management, audits, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Risk Underwriting, Credit Risk, or Credit Insurance.
• Strong background in financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Experience underwriting risks and managing credit limits.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements (e.g., SUSEP / IRB or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with commercial teams, clients, and brokers.
• High level of autonomy, attention to detail, and risk-focused mindset.
