Transformation Specialist

We are looking for a Transformation Specialist to lead the internal transformation office at Blue Box Talent. This position is the analytical and strategic engine behind the optimization of manufacturing and supply chain operations in Brazil, with direct visibility to General Management and other countries in the region.

Among the main functions are:

Requirements

-Experience: Between 3 to 5 years in consulting on projects related to Supply Chain, Strategy, or Operations.

-Residence in São Paulo or surrounding areas (3x2 hybrid scheme) and availability to travel in the region in the future.

-Fluent command of English and Portuguese; Spanish is a highly valued plus.

-High autonomy and self-management capacity + excellent interpersonal skills to influence teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

-Diagnosis and Operating Model: Analyze the Supply Chain operating model to evaluate whether current structures and tools are appropriate for the business's scale.

-Portfolio Optimization: Perform profitability analysis by SKU, margins, and value flows to determine product continuity or elimination.

-Industrial Efficiency: Lead process improvement projects in industrial plants, looking for areas of improvement in the complete flow (from sales to delivery).

-Customer Experience: Monitor and improve service levels, ensuring that delivery meets end customer expectations.

-Project Management (PMO): Gather information and manage milestones, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for the extraction and analysis of critical data.
