Overview

One of our clients, the main Mercedes Benz dealership in the Netherlands, is currently seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join their Fleet Maintenance department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for trucks and a commitment to excellence. You'll be working in Leeuwarden, a quiet, safe, and clean city with less stress and traffic than the major Dutch cities. Requirements

🛠️ Minimum of 5 years experience as a Truck Mechanic.

🔌 Ability to work independently on mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

🚛 Experience with Mercedes Benz trucks (Daimler Trucks).

🔋 Willingness to learn about electric trucks.

🗣️ Conversational level of English required.

💡 Preferred: Experience working with electric trucks.

Responsibilities

🔧 Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems of trucks.

⚙️ Conduct regular maintenance and safety inspections.

🛠️ Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues.

📅 Maintain records of work performed and parts used.

📈 Stay abreast of technological advances in truck mechanics.
