We are currently looking for MIG and TIG welders to join the workshop of one of our clients, a leading company in the automotive sector specialising in transmission systems with over 50 years’ experience.

📍 Where will you be working?

You’ll be based at a site in Almelo (Netherlands), a town in the province of Overijssel that combines the tranquillity of a medium-sized town with an excellent quality of life.

Almelo is known for its extensive green spaces, its safe environment and its good transport links to other cities in the east of the Netherlands and to the German border. It is an ideal place for those seeking stability, a balanced lifestyle and a comfortable environment in which to build a long-term career.

Requirements

• 🛠️ At least 2 years’ experience as a MIG or TIG welder, or both.
• 📚 Experience in metal assembly work.
• 🔧 Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• 🌍 Conversational English.
• 👷‍♂️ Availability to work on-site in the Netherlands.

Preferred Requirements

• ⚙️ Experience with a conventional lathe and/or conventional milling machine would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• 🔍 Diagnose and repair vehicles and fleet equipment.
• ⚙️ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• 📝 Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• 🤝 Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth functioning of the fleet.
