Our client, one of the leading official Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Netherlands, is looking for an experienced Senior Car Mechanic to join its Fleet Maintenance Department.

You will be based in Zwolle, one of the Netherlands' most attractive mid-sized cities. Requirements

Mandatory

🔧 Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.

🚗 Experience working with premium German brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi or Volkswagen Group.

🛠️ Proven experience carrying out complex mechanical repairs, including engines, suspension and braking systems.

🔍 Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

🗣️ Conversational level of English (minimum B1).

Preferred

🏢 Previous experience in an official Mercedes-Benz dealership.

🎓 Mercedes-Benz certifications or manufacturer training.

Responsibilities

🔧 Perform advanced mechanical repairs on premium vehicles.

🔍 Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical faults.

⚙️ Repair and overhaul engines, suspension and braking systems.

💻 Work with modern diagnostic equipment following Mercedes-Benz repair standards.

🤝 Collaborate with the workshop team to deliver the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

📚 Stay up to date with the latest Mercedes-Benz technologies and repair procedures.

💰 Competitive salary between €40,000 and €45,000 gross per year.
