Requirements

💼 5+ years as a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer.

🚀 Expertise in CSDM, Employee Center, Catalog Definition, and Service Modeling.

🔍 Skilled in JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS for ServiceNow.

🌍 Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.

✍️ Excellent at explaining technical concepts clearly.

🎓 Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.

📜 Preferred certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM/CSM), ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

📝 Design and configure ServiceNow solutions following ITIL standards.

🎯 Build and maintain Service Models with CSDM principles.

💬 Customize workflows, Service Catalogs, and Employee Center modules.

📊 Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

🤝 Resolve technical issues to ensure stability and security.
