Requirements
馃捈 5+ years as a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer.
馃殌 Expertise in CSDM, Employee Center, Catalog Definition, and Service Modeling.
馃攳 Skilled in JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS for ServiceNow.
馃實 Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
鉁嶏笍 Excellent at explaining technical concepts clearly.
馃帗 Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
馃摐 Preferred certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM/CSM), ITIL Foundation.
Responsibilities
馃摑 Design and configure ServiceNow solutions following ITIL standards.
馃幆 Build and maintain Service Models with CSDM principles.
馃挰 Customize workflows, Service Catalogs, and Employee Center modules.
馃搳 Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
馃 Resolve technical issues to ensure stability and security.
馃搱 Optimize ServiceNow for improved performance and usability.
